Prior to collaborating with Greenwich Associates, Steve was with Cohen & Steers Capital Management and has 30 years of investment experience. During his 15-year tenure at Cohen & Steers, Steve oversaw and managed the sales of investment products and strategies to institutional investors, consultants and sub-advisory platforms worldwide, building out the firm’s institutional distribution and consultant relations teams globally. He was a member of the firm’s Leadership Group, Product Committee, Risk Committee, and ESG Steering Committee. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in 2005, Steve was Director of Marketing at Essex Investment Management Company, LLC.
