Executive Summary

Almost 90% of corporates have ESG targets or goals, those being mainly environmental. The key drivers of a successful digital experience are often the ability to provide a client-friendly banking platform and to ease KYC processes. Methodology

Between September 2022 to January 2023, Coalition Greenwich conducted 913 interviews with corporates with annual revenues of €500 million or more across Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Nordic countries, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
